How long will it take to receive my full gallery?
This is a great question! We understand the excitement & anticipation that you have to see your images. However, we want to make sure that they look pristine & are of the best quality we can give! You will receive a custom online gallery that will allow you to share & post on your social media accounts + order prints! Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your full portrait gallery. Wedding galleries will be sent out within 4-6 weeks from the wedding date.
DO YOU OFFER MINI SESSIONS?
Yes, I offer mini sessions periodically throughout the year! To be notified when mini session sign-ups have become live, subscribe to my email list and follow me on social media!
Would you be willing to travel outside of Birmingham for my session?
Absolutely! Your session fee covers up to 30 miles from my home address. After that, travel cost is $0.50 per mile round trip!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
We understand that circumstances come up and we will allow you to reschedule to another date! Retainer fees will be non-transferrable if your rescheduled session date is more than 2 months past the initial. We cannot guarantee having a reschedule date within 2 months. We request that if you need to change dates, it be done no later than one month in advance. Should you need to cancel your session, your retainer fee will be non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule a wedding, a rescheduling fee will apply.
Do I need to pay a retainer to secure my session date?
Yes, we require a non-refundable retainer fee of $100 for all portrait sessions.
We require a retainer fee of 20% of your wedding session cost.
Retainer fees will be non-transferrable should you need to reschedule 2 months past the initial session date.
Where do you recommend I print my photos?
You can directly order prints through your PASS gallery! We personally use PASS to print all of our photos and have been very very happy with the final product!
